With a background in customer service, sales, and hospitality, Karabe quickly discovered that real estate was more than a profession, it was her calling. Her passion for serving others naturally evolved into mentoring agents, building successful teams, and creating a culture centered on professionalism, collaboration, education, and excellence.

As the founder and Broker/Owner of her own independent brokerage, Karabe successfully built and led a thriving real estate company that served hundreds of families across South Texas. Through her vision and leadership, she developed high-performing agents, implemented innovative systems, and established a client-first culture that became the foundation of the brokerage's success. Recognizing an opportunity to provide even greater resources, collaboration, and growth for both agents and clients, Karabe strategically merged her independent brokerage with Prime Real Estate, one of the Coastal Bend's premier brokerages. Today, she serves as Principal Broker Associate, where she continues to lead, mentor, and help shape the future of the company.
