About Joaquin
My name is Joaquin Granados, and real estate has been more than a career for me. It has been a lifelong commitment to helping families create stability, build wealth, and put down roots right here in Corpus Christi.
As a proud Corpus Christi native, this city is not just where I work, it is home. It is where I was raised, where I built my life, and where I have had the privilege of helping over 400 families accomplish their real estate goals over the past 20+ years.
My journey started after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in 2002. I began my career in the financial industry, where I developed a strong understanding of how financial decisions impact long term success. That experience shaped the way I approach real estate. It is never just about buying or selling a home. It is about making the right move at the right time for your future.
I have seen firsthand that every transaction comes with its challenges, and no two situations are ever the same. That is why I bring a strategic, hands on approach to every client I represent. Whether it is navigating tough negotiations, solving unexpected issues, or positioning a home to stand out in the market, I take pride in carrying the weight so my clients can move forward with confidence.
To me, this business is personal. I have been married for 22 years, and my wife and I have raised two incredible young adult children who continue to make us proud through their hard work and dedication. I understand what home truly means. It is where memories are made, where families grow, and where life happens.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active through sports and fitness, spending time with family and friends, cooking with my wife, listening to music, and relaxing with our dog. At the end of the day, what drives me most is simple. I genuinely enjoy helping people win.
