About Brooke

Originally from Colorado, Brooke Laclair has always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit.
Soon after graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Denver with Bachelor
degrees in Accounting and Financial Management, she would relocate to Texas and
launch a career in the corporate sector, serving as a Traffic Coordinator for a Maritime
Company. Over time, though, she began seeking a new opportunity that better
combined her elite business acumen with her penchant for client service. Inspired, she
decided to pursue her real estate license in 2012. Sure enough, Brooke would find fast
success as an agent, garnering REALTOR® of the Year honors within her first two years
in the business, and by 2018 she was recognized in the 40 under 40 for Corpus Christi.
For both accolades, she was nominated and selected by a panel.
Today, Brooke is a REALTOR® with Prime Real Estate, where she assists clients
throughout Corpus Christi and the surrounding communities. As one of the leading
agents in her region, she possesses the integrity, insight, and tireless work ethic needed
to meet the needs of any transaction—including residential and commercial real estate,
as well as property management.
When listing a property, Brooke thoughtfully guides her clients each step of the way.
After helping them fully prepare their home for the market, she shares her listings via a
highly targeted blend of digital and social media campaigns, leveraging her sizable
presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook to give each seller an added
advantage.
Brooke is just as attentive when assisting her buyers, drawing from her in-depth
knowledge of the region to uncover the right investment for their best interests. In fact,
she even keeps in touch long after the deals are done to cultivate a lasting friendship and
provide her clients with ongoing support in their new homes. “I love helping others,” she
says. “From first time buyers to clients coming from challenging financial situations to
out of state investors, I take so much joy in finding answers for them. After all, at the
end of the day, this business is about serving others.”
Over the years, Brooke has earned a fantastic reputation throughout Texas, with the
majority of her volume coming from repeat clients and referrals. Having completed
nearly $10 million in volume in 2021 alone, she remains committed to the core values
that have anchored her award-winning career. “I don’t bring problems to the table; I
bring solutions. I’m always available to my clients, whether that simply means
answering my phone or addressing any concerns they may have.”

Outside of real estate, Brooke is dedicated to her community. Having been President of
the Board for Habitat for Humanity and served on the Board of Directors for CCAR, she
contributes to numerous local outreach events and organizations throughout the year.
When she’s not with clients or giving back, she can be found traveling, spending quality
time with her family and friends, or enjoying all the wonderful cuisine and culture Corpus Christi
has to offer.
